About me
Ashana received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Developmental Psychology. Having years of experience in the Behavioral Health field, Ashana is extremely passionate about normalizing mental health and healing in the community. She enjoys working with teens and adults by practicing from both a client-centered and cognitive behavioral approach. Ashana is eager to begin assisting clients in accomplishing their goals while tackling issues dealing with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, postpartum support and life-adjustments. When she’s not working with her clients, Ashana enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and Theo (the cat)!
