About me
A mental health Provider with over 17 years of experience. As a Mental health provider my goal is to provide therapy through a multitude Therapeutic Interventions to support people facing day-to-day challenges, such as relationship issues, work stress, depression, and anxiety etc.
I believe each person deserves to live a life full of their own identified happiness and my hope is to assist them with achieving this goal. My experience enables me to offer effective person-centered psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This can be achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to aide in supporting your mental health . I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal as experienced therapist is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, so you can move forward to where you want to be in your life.
