I am an experienced mental health counselor who is passionate about helping young adults cope with anxiety and depression, and move towards living the life they envision for themselves.

I am a licensed mental health counselor, with 15 years of experience supporting young adults and teens. I have been working with young adults, from high school to college and beyond, for over fifteen years in outpatient, school, and residential settings, using mindfulness and coping skill-building tools, as well as art therapy and writing. I specialize in assisting individuals in creating a life that is worth living to them.
