About me
I am a NY and MA licensed psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses, including PTSD, attachment issues, anxiety, and depression.
I believe a therapist's job is to help people get "unstuck." My style is rooted in creativity, curiosity, and warmth. At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of being truly seen, known, and emotionally held by another.
Through a collaborative and relational approach, we will work to deepen your awareness and interrupt unhelpful patterns so that you feel increasingly empowered and in control of personal choices. This often involves intentionally exploring an individual's experiences in the context of their early relational environment. When these emotions are safely confronted and processed, they begin to shift. Together, we’ll make sense of stressful or traumatic circumstances so that your life’s narrative feels understood in new and insightful ways.
Therapy is not about erasing or lingering in the past, but about making meaning from it. It is about turning inward with curiosity and compassion so you can move through the world with greater clarity, coherence, and connection.
