About me
I am a compassionate clinical mental health counselor in training, dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families in navigating emotional challenges and building resilience.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step is often the hardest. I support individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with those on the Autism spectrum and collaborating with parents and families to build stronger connections. Together, we can address concerns such as anxiety, stress, perfectionism, behavior challenges, life transitions, and identity development. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where healing, growth, and resilience can flourish.
I use play therapy with younger children to help them express themselves in creative, developmentally appropriate ways. For older children, teens, and families, I draw from a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients feel understood, empowered, and actively engaged in their growth.
I know how overwhelming life can feel; you don’t have to navigate it alone. No matter what you are struggling with, I’m here to help. I'd love to support you if you're ready to take the next step.
