About me
Experienced in group, couples' and individual therapy; Arden helps clients overcome challenges associated with anxiety, bereavement, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.
Using a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize their own resilience, Arden works with them through whatever obstacles obscure the path to alleviating their distress and regaining their emotional equilibrium.
She has experience counseling people who are suffering from a life-limiting illness, the effects of treatment, as well as coping with end-of-life concerns. Her compassion and empathy provides her clients with a supportive space within which to process the issues that are of the utmost importance to them.
