My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that our relationships shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. That includes our relationships with partners, family members, friends, and the relationship we have with ourselves. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building new ways of responding that feel more supportive and aligned with your goals.

I have a particular interest in couples and family therapy, helping clients improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict with greater understanding. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, identity concerns, and life transitions.

My work integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. Above all, I strive to create a thoughtful, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
