My approach is rooted in Relational Life Therapy — direct, warm, and unafraid to name what’s really going on, because I believe honest, compassionate feedback is what actually moves people toward lasting change.

I’m April Clark, MA, LPC, a therapist with nearly two decades of experience helping children, teens, couples, and families build healthier, more connected relationships. I’m a Relational Life Therapy Certification Candidate through the Relational Life Institute, and I bring RLT’s direct, compassionate style into everything from weekly sessions to focused intensive work.

At Saint Rita Psychiatry, I work with children and teens, individually and in family therapy. Through my own practice, Archetypal Alchemy, LLC, I offer couples therapy and family therapy — both regular ongoing sessions and immersive intensives — using the Relational Life Therapy (RLT) model.

My path here started at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where I earned my Master’s in Counseling and Depth Psychology. Since then, I’ve worked across community mental health, residential eating disorder treatment, and wraparound family services — which taught me that lasting change happens in relationship, not isolation.
