About me
I am an existentially oriented licensed clinical mental health counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, identity shifts, and major life transitions with clarity, humor, intention, and evidence-based support.
Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in New Hampshire, and my work focuses on helping adults understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotions, relationships, and internal world. My approach blends existential therapy, trauma-informed care, and practical skill-building, with an emphasis on helping clients develop self-trust, emotional regulation, and a clearer sense of identity.
In our work together, I prioritize honesty, discernment, and collaboration. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or surface-level reassurance — it’s about understanding the “why” beneath your experiences and learning how to respond to your life in more grounded, intentional ways. I’m trained in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, ERP, and trauma-focused approaches, and I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, pacing, and readiness.
Clients often work with me when they’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in old relational dynamics, managing the impact of trauma, or moving through major transitions such as grief, career shifts, separation/divorce, or identity changes. I also support individuals who are high-achieving, introspective, and deeply sensitive — the people who tend to carry a lot for others and struggle to make space for themselves.
My goal is to offer a therapeutic space where you can slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward the kind of life and relationships that feel aligned with who you are. If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, direct, thoughtful, and unafraid to explore complexity with you, I’d be honored to support you.
