I am a Bay Area, born and raised, first generation female who believes in the abilities of humans to overcome difficult experiences through insight and awareness. I operate from a strength-based perspective and work collaboratively with others to discover healthy, adaptive coping skills and positive emotional responses to difficult, unexpected and traumatic experiences. Therapy has been life-changing for me and my hope is to instill positivity and hope in all those I encounter. I encourage all to try to be the best version of themselves as this ever-changing world is constantly throwing difficult challenges our way.

I use trauma informed treatment and evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT and mindfulness techniques to help manage, address, and resolve internal struggles to help foster personal healing and growth.
