Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I'm a clinical psychologist, applying a compassionate and collaborative treatment approach with my clients facing challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma-related issues.
My goal is to offer you a space that is safe and empowering while bearing witness to the joys and especially the challenges we all face when difficulties arise. A compassionate approach is important to me when working with clients. Together, we can explore and identify changes you would like to make that are consistent with your values, and apply treatment strategies that can best help you realize your goals. In the journey of therapy, I wish to help you rediscover meaning in life in a way that is truly healing and honoring of you.
I work with adults and adolescents, and have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma-related disorders. I am well-trained in applying evidence based, compassion focused therapies, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based strategies and trauma-related exposure-based therapies.
I have a multi-cultural background, and have enjoyed working with diverse populations (culture, age, race, etc.), constantly learning and keeping an open mind to the uniqueness of the human experience. It’s a genuine pleasure to see my clients grow with an enhanced sense of self, and optimism for the future. If you feel similarly inspired, please contact me!
