About me
I am interested in helping people reach their full potential through symptom reduction, coping strategy development and increased self awareness.
I have worked in the field of human service for over 25 years in various capacities. My interest consists of family systems and the exploration of trans-generational trauma as well as sexual health awareness. I see life as a journey filled with twists and turns that can cause us to become stuck and in need of assistance to overcome a presenting obstacle. The therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst to increase self-understanding, manage challenging situations, and achieve fulfillment. I recommend and advocate for mental health counseling for all. I also work with a team of Clinicians that allows us to meet the needs of all those intrested in services through a variety of payers.
