I am interested in helping people reach their full potential through symptom reduction, coping strategy development and increased self awareness.
I have worked in the field of human service for over 20 years in various capacities. My interest consists of family systems and the exploration of trans generational trauma as well as sexual health awareness. I see life as a journey filled with twists and turns that can cause us to become stuck and in need of assistance to overcome a presenting obstacle. The therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst to increase self-understanding, manage challenging situations, and achieve fulfillment. I recommend and advocate for mental health counseling for all.
