About me
I help men and women maximize their strengths so that they reach their ultimate goals and utmost potential in their lives, while teaching my patients and clients to be motivated, coachable, and accountable. I have specific training and expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Complex Trauma and PTSD, ADHD (as a certified ADHD professional and coach), and Relationship training and coaching.
My 27 years of experience has been offered to help, women and men learn how to thrive in their relationships, overcome their ADD, survive their PTSD, maximize their sense of self-worth, and reach their goals and dreams.
I assess peoples needs and strengths, I teach present moment actionable skills and strategies, I help people develop the proper mental controls and mindset they need for reaching and exceeding their goals, and then I guide them into taking their strengths to the next level of the outcomes they want.
