My focus is on you as a person, coming in with your whole self and what's most important to you. I work with any and all issues with my primary areas of specialty are ADHD, Trauma and PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep issues, and Bipolar. What you can expect when working with me is a collaborative and holistic, person-centered approach.
I have found my passion in helping others see themselves fully and understand their own psychology. As someone who has worked through mental health and life changes both personally and with clients over a number of years, I have seen just how important it is to have someone work with you through these times in life.
