About me
I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker who is dedicated to assisting children, adolescents, and adults to cope with and manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your needs. I incorporate EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-informed interventions. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be affecting your present life while strengthening your ability to trust yourself, regulate difficult emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you recognize that healing is possible and that seeking support is a sign of strength.
