About me
My name is Anthony, and I want to begin by acknowledging something important: if you’re reading this, you may already feel that something in your life needs attention, support, or change. Many people arrive here quietly carrying stress, sadness, confusion, or a sense that life has become harder than it should be. Others feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Whatever has brought you here, I’m glad you’ve taken this step.
I am a UK‑registered therapist with over 13 years of professional experience supporting people through some of the most challenging, painful, and transformative moments of their lives. During this time, I’ve helped clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, relationship difficulties, trauma, attachment wounds, bereavement, loss, abuse, identity questions, existential concerns, and addictions. These are some of the most common issues people face — and they are also some of the most isolating. You don’t have to face them alone.
Why clients choose to work with me
Clients often tell me they feel safe with me — safe to speak honestly, safe to explore difficult emotions, and safe to be themselves without judgement. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply respectful. I believe therapy should feel like a steady, supportive partnership where you are truly heard and understood.
My therapeutic training is integrative, which means I adapt my approach to suit you. There is no single method that works for everyone. You are unique, and your therapy should reflect that. Whether you want to understand yourself more deeply, manage symptoms more effectively, or create meaningful long‑term change, we will build a plan that fits your needs, your pace, and your goals.
A therapy experience built around you
People come to therapy for different reasons. Some want relief from overwhelming emotions. Some want clarity. Some want to heal old wounds. Some want to feel more confident, more grounded, or more connected to themselves and others. Whatever your reason, our work will be shaped around what matters most to you.
Together, we will:
Identify what’s holding you back
Explore the deeper roots of your struggles
Develop tools to manage symptoms and emotions
Build confidence, resilience, and self‑understanding
Create meaningful, lasting change
Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overshadowed by stress, pain, or life’s challenges.
Professional standards you can trust
As a registered member of the BACP, I follow their ethical framework to ensure your therapy is safe, confidential, and professionally grounded. I also have monthly supervision and engage in continuous professional development, meaning the support you receive is informed, current, and effective.
Support between sessions
You are welcome to message me through the platform between sessions. Many clients find this incredibly helpful — a way to stay connected, reflect, or share thoughts that arise during the week.
If you’re ready to feel better
If you feel something is blocking your potential…
If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected…
If you want to manage life more effectively or simply feel more like yourself again…
Therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
You’re warmly invited to book an appointment and see whether I’m the right therapist for you. I would be honoured to support you as you move toward clarity, strength, and meaningful change.
Warm regards,
Anthony
