In my 6 years as a therapist, I have worked with people from many walks of life and guided client's through overcoming many different diagnoses and personal struggles. My true passion, however, is assisting adults who have endured trauma, or have been diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or similar issues. My approach to therapy is grounded in genuine curiosity of people's stories, and the idea that we all hold within us an inner ability to heal. Trauma, anxiety, depression, and the everyday stresses of life can disconnect us from not only others, but from ourselves, blocking our ability to tap into this inner wisdom.

To help you on your journey to healing, I utilize a blend of evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory, with a foundation of person-centered support, and trauma-informed practices. This allows me to choose the best methods for your individual needs, while honoring your humanity and uniqueness.

Whether you are feeling isolated, anxious, or overwhelmed, know that there is hope. Healing is possible, and it doesn't have to be done alone. I'm here to be both a guide and a support on your journey.
