About me
I am an associate marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with young adults navigating life transitions. I use a variety of healing modalities centered in mindfulness, tracking behavioral changes and building new narratives to support clients in creating meaningful change.
I believe that self-knowledge is the ultimate gift one can receive in life, and I envision this path as a garden that requires consistent care and attention. In therapy, we nurture the foundation of our being, such as our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, much like a gardener carefully tending to the soil to ensure healthy plant growth.
As a therapist, I work closely with clients to identify and address underlying issues, foster resilience, and cultivate positive habits and behaviors. My approach is warm, integrative and individualized using mindfulness-based, somatic, narrative and humanistic modalities.
By tending to the garden with diligence and care, we can witness the blossoming of beautiful flowers, bountiful produce, and abundant new growth. This growth is a direct result of the client's hard work, dedication, and commitment to deepening their connection with themselves.
Whether you are an adolescent, adult, or family seeking individual care, I’m here to support you. I invite you to take the brave step towards self-inquiry and discover the truest gift in life – knowing oneself.
