I specialize in therapy for therapists, parents, and people in caring professions. And if none of those apply to you, I've got you, too!

My 20+ years of experience have given me profound knowledge in most areas of mental health. I believe that each person has a unique set of strengths, needs, and struggles, and I also know that humans share a lot of similarities. I draw from a wide range of theory and experience, and we work together to decide what therapy looks like for you. From common, everyday struggles that most people face, to complex PTSD and the most unique of situations, I’m here for it. I also provide clinical supervision. I'm trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Synergetic Play Therapy, and I believe that the nervous system and brain/body connection are critical to improving mental health.

People come to therapy seeking different things. Some want to explore their past, or attachment and relationship patterns, and some want to focus on one current issue. My work encompasses all of it. I believe that safety and consent in a therapeutic relationship are of utmost importance; I give guidance, but you decide what we explore, and how we get there.
