About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals , family and couples through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in understanding the unique intersections of identity, lived experience, and personal growth.
I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma and abuse, process grief related to divorce, separation, and abandonment, and work through isolation and loneliness. I also support those managing chronic pain and illness, seasonal mood changes, and family dynamics. For clients with adoption or foster care experiences, I bring particular sensitivity to the complex emotions these journeys involve.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your values and perspectives, and creating space for authentic conversation about communication, self-love, and meaningful connection. I'm committed to being a culturally responsive therapist who recognizes the importance of representation and brings intentionality to our work together.
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I'm honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth.
