About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in anxiety, emotional regulation, and healing from trauma.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Southern Minnesota, I provide compassionate and trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My practice is tooted in the belief that healing happnes through connection, trust, and a safe space to be seen and heard.

I specialize in working with clients navigating anxieth, emotional regulation difficulties, truama and life transitions. Whether I'm helping a child build coping skills, supporting a teen with self-esteem challenges, or guiding an adult through the effects of past trauma, I tailor my approach to meet each person's unique needs and strengths.

I draw from evidence-based practices incuding Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitiaztion and Reprocessing (EMDR), and polyvagal-informed strategies to support nervous system regulation and emotioanl healing. I'm also trained in Heart Therapy, which integrates somatice and relational work to deepn the therapeutic experience.

In additions to outpatient therapy, I work in a school-based setting, which give me a unique understanding of the challegnes children and families face within educaitonal environments. I also provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing licensure, and I value mentorship and collaboration as part of my professional mission.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I provide a warm, down-to-earth, and supportive space to explore, grow, and heal. Therapy with me is a partnership - one where you're not alone in your sturggles, and where change is not only possible, but sustainable.
