About me
I help individuals work through anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem challenges while building tools for meaningful change.
I’m Annette, a licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of patterns that may no longer be serving you.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to each client. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and attachment-based therapy to help clients better understand their inner experiences while also developing practical tools they can use in daily life. I pay close attention to patterns, values, and emotional responses, and I offer honest feedback with care when I believe clients are ready to engage in deeper work.
I strive to create an environment that feels supportive, respectful, and empowering. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds, many of the individuals I work with are women navigating complex emotional experiences, relationships, and transitions.
Above all, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
