About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and emotions. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and major life changes, helping them build resilience and find meaning during difficult times.
My social work career began in home-based care for the elderly and disabled population providing resources to promote independence quality of life. I later when on to work in the medical field for many years helping individuals navigate the health care system both as patients going through medical treatment and their caregivers. I am a compassionate and understanding therapist who is down to earth and ready to meet you where you are and work together to help you achieve your goals.
My approach is grounded in compassion and genuine care for each person's unique journey. I believe in fostering self-love and acceptance as foundations for healing, and I work collaboratively to help you develop healthier communication patterns and coping strategies that feel authentic to you.
Whether you're processing loss, navigating relationship shifts, or working through daily life challenges, I'm here to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward greater peace and wholeness. I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
