About me
I am a humanistic therapist dedicated to creating a non-judgmental environment where clients can feel supported and comfortable discussing difficult issues.
We all go through difficult times, losses, and periods of hardship. My goal is to help you get through those times with the understanding that while difficulties will impact your life, they don't have to define it. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief can all be debilitating. I can help you process your situation, understand and express your emotions in a healthy way, and develop reliable coping skills for the future. I strive to maintain a non-judgmental environment where you can feel supported and comfortable exploring difficult issues or destructive habits. You don’t have to struggle alone!
Because every client is different, I employ a variety of approaches in treatment. I naturally gravitate toward a humanistic approach because I believe that most of my clients have both the tools and the ability to manage their own lives but benefit from being listened to in a non-judgmental, non-directive setting, and partnered with to develop these skills.
Just by looking up resources, you have already taken the first step on your journey toward healing. Now we can take the next step together! I want to help you move forward in your life, whatever that means to you. If you’re ready to heal, grow, and thrive, and would like my help in doing so, please contact me!
