About me

I am a licensed therapist who has a passion for working with children, teens, and young adults navigating emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I also am very passionate about supporting children and teens navigating the mental strain of Type 1 Diabetes.

Hi there! I am so happy you are here.

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know you do not have to navigate this season alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

I work with children, teens, and young adults who may be struggling with big emotions, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the impact of overwhelming experiences. I also support parents and caregivers who are navigating the emotional challenges of supporting their child and family. Whether you are noticing emotional outbursts, withdrawal, people pleasing, or a general sense of overwhelm, therapy can help create clarity, connection, and healthier ways of coping.

My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and client centered. I believe behaviors and emotions make sense in the context of our experiences, and therapy should focus on building safety, connection, and emotional regulation. I integrate play based approaches, somatic work, cognitive behavioral strategies, and parts informed concepts to support emotional healing and growth. With children, I use developmentally appropriate and creative methods to help them express what may be difficult to put into words.

I am especially passionate about supporting clients and families navigating chronic stress, medical challenges, and major life changes. I work with children, teens, and caregivers impacted by chronic illness, including Type 1 diabetes, and understand the emotional weight that can come with daily management, uncertainty, and change. Therapy can be a space to build coping skills, resilience, and emotional balance.

If you are considering therapy for yourself or your child, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
