About me
As a clinical psychologist, I specialize in helping couples navigate the complexities of their relationships, whether monogamous, polyamorous, or ethically non-monogamous (ENM). I am certified in ADHD treatment and bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work, having my own lived experience with ADHD. My approach is affirming, nonjudgmental, and tailored to the unique dynamics of each client, providing support for communication, intimacy, and personal growth in diverse relationship structures.
My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences. I work collaboratively to help clients make sense of the patterns in their lives—piecing together the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind their challenges and the ways in which the world perceives them. Through this process, my goal is to empower clients with greater self-understanding, confidence in their decision-making, and the ability to access their resilience as they navigate their unique journeys.
