About me
I am Anne Francois, a LCSW with 23 years of experience in the mental health field. I use a variety of approaches that aims to help my clients identify and change negative thought patterns; explore how past experiences, and unconscious conflicts might be influencing their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; gain a deeper understanding of themselves, using their inherent strengths, resilience, and positive qualities to help them improve their well-being. I provide an integrative holistic approach in a warm, supportive, non-judgmental and safe atmosphere for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships.
I am a dedicated and empathetic clinician devoted to helping clients from all walks of life through challenging times. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), transitions, trauma, substance abuse, general mental health, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, career difficulties and life challenges.
I counsel my clients that they are the experts in their lives, and we collaborate to improve their relationships, beliefs, thoughts and meet their lives’ goals. My practice is unique because I tailor services to each client’s unique experiences to create an individualized plan for treatment in order to assist them with them with overcoming their challenges.
