About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving WA state with 13 years of post-graduate experience. I provide services using a variety of evidence-based models based on my client’s needs and preferences. I make it a priority to provide my clients with respect and non-judgment which helps create a safe emotional space for clients to heal, learn and grow. Your therapy is about you and for you; my role is to work in a collaborative relationship with you to help you achieve your goals.
I specialize in supporting adult siblings of individuals with disabilities, and caregivers, as well as grief and loss, life transitions (including retirement), relationship challenges, and parenting. And I'm here for most everything else that may be a challenge or need ! You will find I am easy to talk to, supportive, non-judgmental and a sense of humor into sessions as appropriate.
