About me

Hello!

I am an LPCA operating out of Charleston, SC. You can see me for individual or group counseling. I value authenticity and strive to bring a genuine, engaged presence to the therapeutic relationship. The populations & areas I have particular experience with include:
queer & trans youth & adults.
individuals undergoing life transitions such as starting college, career changes, or deciding to end a relationship.
adult ADHD/autism.
post-suicide attempt/inpatient recovery & return to functioning.
obsessive compulsive disorder.
bipolar disorder.
generalized anxiety disorder & depression.

A little about me:
I believe each person possesses strengths, wisdom, and capacities that can become difficult to access when life feels overwhelming. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as we develop a deeper understanding of what’s going on, explore new possibilities, and find a path forward that feels authentic to you.

I also believe therapy should feel both professional and genuinely human. I’ll bring clinical knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and practical tools to our work—but I’ll also bring my actual personality. I want you to feel like you can show up as yourself, talk openly, laugh when we need to, and know that there’s a real person sitting across from you who is genuinely invested in your growth.

And I won’t always tell you what you want to hear. Sometimes I’ll hold up a mirror, challenge you, or gently call you out when I think it could help. But I’m also probably going to be annoyingly good at seeing the good in you. Even when you’re struggling to recognize your own strengths, I’ll be looking for them—and reminding you they’re there.

My goal is to offer both the expertise you’re coming to therapy for and the authentic connection that can make therapy feel safe, collaborative, and worthwhile.
