About me
Hello!
I offer individual and couples counseling through Park Circle Counseling (virtual & limited in-person availability) & group counseling through Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health (virtual and in-person).
I have around three years of clinical experience working with LGBT+ populations, attention-deficit disorder, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizoaffective disorder, relationship struggles, management of stress, & dealing with major life transitions to name a few, though this is not an exhaustive list.
My therapy style is process-focused, relational, insight-oriented, and emotionally attuned. I value authenticity and strive to bring a genuine, engaged presence to the therapeutic relationship. I work with symptom relief and behavioral change, and I believe lasting change often comes from understanding the deeper emotional patterns, relational experiences, and internal dynamics that shape our lives.
In therapy, I often explore attachment patterns, different parts of the self, dreams, emotional themes, interpersonal relationships, and questions of meaning and identity. Together, we work to uncover the underlying emotional processes that may be contributing to current struggles.
I believe each person possesses strengths, wisdom, and capacities that can become difficult to access when life feels overwhelming. My role is not to provide all the answers, but to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as we discover deeper understanding, new possibilities, and a path forward that feels authentic to you.
