I'm Anna Monica LPC. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I graduated distinguished. I'm a bilingual clinician with a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach. My modality and therapeutic orientations are client-centered using a multi-modal therapy approach that includes CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed Care and Humanistic. Using a multi-modal approach, I guide clients in identifying their strengths and using them to Live Life to their potential. Experienced in mood disorders, autism, ADHD, Trauma, PTSD, and other disorders.

I will help my clients to Live Life in a more fulfilling way by managing intense emotions. Life is difficult. I will help you make positive changes in a life of negative emotions and maladaptive behaviors by creating a safe, trusting and secure environment. I focus on developing skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and more effective interpersonal relationships. My goal is to empower my clients, you, to overcome the hardships. We will work together to create positive change.
