About me
Working with children is my passion!
I love working with kids and adolescents. I am a creative person and love finding ways to bring creativity into therapy through art, play and more. I use a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion Focused Therapy and play based approaches. I have experience working with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, self esteem issues and more. I take a holistic approach and work at a practice that specializes in natural approaches such as diet and lifestyle changes, nutritional supplementation, etc. We don't push medication and can help guide you toward natural options that, when combined with the skills I will teach you, are often more effective and longer lasting.
