About me
I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist Specializing in Trauma-Focused Modalities and Person-Centered Support. My work with every is client rooted in their natural strengths and tailored to their needs and experiences. I hold space to make meaning out of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My background is in attachment-based therapy with an emphasis on client-centered approaches. I use a multitude of interventions including CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative interventions. I am adept at working with clients who want to address behaviors and patterns that no longer serve them. I am excessively trained in trauma-informed interventions. I work with multiple modalities including couples, families, individuals, teens/children, and group therapy.
