Oftentimes, seeking an outside opinion or perspective can be extremely helpful for the individual see their difficulties in a different light. Whether you are an adult working through a stressful time or a parent of a disobedient, struggling or challenging child or adolescent, together we can find the techniques that work best for you or for your child. I utilize a variety of approaches in my work based on an individualized assessment and treatment plan.
