Through telehealth services, I work one-on-one with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Using recovery-focused and evidence-based techniques, my goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they build resilience, gain insight, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
