About me
Mental health clinician- licensed in NM, WA, and CA.
I am a bilingual therapist-Spanish. I work with adults who are looking to process trauma due to family dysfunction during childhood. The focus of treatment is to address the anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties and a host of other issues that can result from unresolved pain. My practice provides a safe space to explore and grow. I live in the beautiful Southwest, and I embrace my Hispanic heritage. I have worked for non-profit organizations, schools, and State agencies, delivering best-practice mental health services. In recent years, I have established a private practice that provides trauma informed care to individuals. I have developed an interest in complex trauma and the impact of adverse experiences on the nervous system. Complex trauma is the exposure to multiple traumatic events. These events can be pervasive and may include neglect, interpersonal violence and discrimination. As a clinician, I want for individuals to reclaim the Self that feels lost. My work integrates the body and the mind, and I strive to develop therapeutic strategies that positively inpact the person, as a whole.
