I am located at Lakeview in the Historic Northern Pacific Center, a beautiful and inspiring space designed to support reflection and growth. My office features large windows overlooking a serene courtyard, allowing clients to connect with the outdoors while indoors. This environment enhances my sensory and somatic therapy techniques, helping clients feel grounded, centered, and supported as they process emotions and build resilience.

I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful goals, develop actionable strategies, and practice skills that create lasting change. I especially enjoy supporting adolescents, children, and adults navigating school, work, relationships, and life transitions.
