I'm Anna Bailey, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. I work virtually which allows me to work with clients across MN. I'm glad you're here and taking this step in achieving your goals.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples who want to understand the patterns that have led to where they are today, then take that knowledge and apply it to their lives. If you’re open to change and believe it’s possible (even if you’re not quite sure how), then I would love to partner with you.
I don’t consider it my job to judge you, tell you what’s right or wrong, or list out steps for you. Our work is much more than that: it’s about helping you understand and unpack the deeper roots of the challenges you’re experiencing today, to process them, and then to take steps that lead toward the life and relationships you really want.
