About me
I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families navigating identity, attachment, trauma, or major life transitions. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward, while others seek a space where their lived experiences—shaped by adoption, family dynamics, cultural identity, or systemic challenges—are met with understanding and compassion. Grounded in an attachment lens, I integrate multiple approaches to meet clients where they are, supporting them in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with a grounded sense of self.
I believe my clients hold the innate wisdom of what they need to heal, and I am honored to support that process. I work from an attachment lens, integrating a range of approaches to meet each person exactly where they are. This allows me to tailor therapy to individual needs, helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, deepen self‑awareness. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You don’t have to face it alone. I offer a compassionate, grounding space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with your inner resilience. I welcome you to reach out when it feels right for you.
