About me
Hi, I'm Annie.
I'm an Ivy League educated therapist with more than 21 years of experience, and what continues to fascinate me most is how people make sense of their lives.
We all develop patterns, beliefs, and ways of seeing ourselves and the world around us. Some support us in moving toward the lives we want to create. Others influence our choices, relationships, and sense of possibility in ways we may not fully recognize.
I see therapy as an opportunity to become more aware of what is driving your experience and to explore new ways of engaging with yourself and the world around you. Often, meaningful change begins with a shift in understanding that opens the door to new possibilities.
The stories we tell ourselves shape the lives we live. Sometimes a new perspective changes the story. Sometimes it changes everything.
