About me
As a licensed clinician in Connecticut, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients explore self-acceptance, life purpose, and personal development while addressing challenges like relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and self-esteem concerns.
My approach is rooted in compassion and cultural humility. I understand the way in which experiences and systems shape an individual’s interaction with therapy, and aim to approach each client from a strengths based perspective as I believe that every person is capable of growth and betterment; I am committed to creating a supportive and affirming therapeutic space as I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients develop resilience, process difficult emotions, and cultivate meaningful and lasting personal transformation.
I have expertise in addressing stress, anxiety, attachment issues, and the unique challenges faced by women, people of color, and caregivers. My work is grounded in understanding each person's individual journey, honoring their experiences, and supporting their path toward healing and self-discovery.
