I have over 26 years of experience working with individuals of all ages as a social worker and, more recently, a mental health counselor. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am a Licensed

My approach is client-centered, starting where the client is in their lives. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor's in Social Work. I work with clients of all ages to address issues related to general mental health, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and life adjustment periods.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental setting in a very quiet office space. I am here to help you identify goals specific to your needs and provide support and guidance.
