About me
I provide a warm, supportive, and compassionate space where adolescents and adults can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building resilience and creating meaningful change.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you develop the insight, skills, and confidence needed to move toward meaningful and lasting change.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with advanced training in trauma and crisis counseling, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, stress, and major life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel difficult, and I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where you can openly explore the concerns that brought you to therapy.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's individual needs. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping and emotional regulation skills, improve relationships and communication, and build greater resilience.
Through Cloverleaf Counseling Services, LLC, I offer both in-person and telehealth services. For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spiritual principles can also be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process; however, faith-based counseling is always optional and guided by each client's personal preferences and values.
You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes the first step is simply having a safe place to talk, reflect, and begin moving forward. I would be honored to support you on that journey.
