I am a therapist who focuses on understanding my client's struggle from their perpective. I strive to support them to develop the coping skills and resilience to manage all of life's challenges.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, mother, daughter, caregiver, partner, community member and older adult. I have raised two children, loved family members with addiction and mental health challenges, experienced divorce, changed my career later in life, experienced illness and end of life care with with family members, and grief for those who have passed.

My life informs my clinical practice. I know first hand that everyone experiences changes and challenges in life, and navigating these experiences is never easy. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to process your experience, identify your needs, simplify goals into steps that feel attainable, and cultivate resilience to ride life’s waves.

Because your needs are my priority throughout this process, I am only accepting self-pay clients, to ensure care that is personalized to you, client-centered, and free from limitations imposed by third party payers.
