I am an LPC Licensed in Texas with over 30 years of experience , I've have had the privilege of helping children, teens and adults navigate life's challenges and better understand themselves. I specialize in relationship issues, stress, anger management, anxiety, behavioral concerns and women. I offer a genuine, no judgement and safe environment. My goal is to offer you hope and clarity in a constant moving world. I have helped people obtain their goals as well as to live their best life. With children and teens, I help focus on supporting impulse control and resolving behavioral conflicts at home. and in school. Relationships can be complicated and stressful.
