Anita is a highly qualified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), a NAMA Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS II), Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (CNATC), Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), and a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. Anita provides a compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard and understood as they navigate various life challenges.
Anita employs an integrative approach to therapy, which means she utilizes techniques and strategies from different therapeutic modalities to tailor her treatment to the unique needs of each client. Anita collaborates closely with clients to help them manage a range of issues, including mental disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, relationship problems, anger, and more. Additionally, Anita teaches clients coping skills to empower them mentally and emotionally to effectively manage life's challenges. Also, through her therapeutic work, Anita focuses on helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Lastly, Anita is known for her kind, compassionate, supportive, respectful and caring demeanor.
