I am an LSCSW with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals on their healing journey. My work integrates traditional psychotherapy with holistic approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapies, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I specialize in trauma, life transitions, and expanding self-awareness, offering a safe and compassionate space for growth, resilience, and connection.
