I bring 14 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and families with special needs, and my approach is warm, direct-but-gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe meaningful support begins in the therapeutic relationship and grows outward.

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I meet clients with patience, curiosity, and care. Together, we move at your pace, working toward growth that feels meaningful and sustainable.
