About me
Person-centered Licensed Professional Counseling Associate, supervised by Meredith Ivey M.Ed, LPC-S RPT-S, CCPT-S
Hello there! I'm Angolwa and I am licensed professional counseling associate, or therapist for short. I work with young adults and adults to help them overcome anxiety, anger, and mindset issues that impacts their self, relationships and environment. Our thoughts can sometimes create ideas and beliefs that holds us back from living the life that correlates with what we care about, our values. And when we accept them, we might not fully the ideal life we want.
What matters to us, what we care about, and the boundaries we set are crucial for our personal growth and also help us to move forward to living the life that correlates with our values. In our counseling sessions, we employ talk therapy and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) to help individuals learn, grow, and thrive. Through learning, processing, and building resilience, we empower people to bloom and flourish in all aspect of their lives, no matter the seasons they face. You are meant to bloom through.
