About me

I am dedicated to learning how I can provide support as you transform life's challenges and make meaningful steps towards your goals. I hold a limited permit in mental health counseling in New York State, and I am supervised by an experienced licensed counselor.

Hi! I offer a non-judgmental, warm, collaborative, and compassionate approach to therapy. No need to earn respect here or be worried about judgment. I see you as a human being fundamentally worthy of dignity, respect, and autonomy. Therapy with me often looks like building on your strengths and learning skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), mindfulness techniques, and somatic techniques. I do my best to tailor our work together to your needs.

I provide virtual telehealth therapy to adults of all ages and people of all backgrounds, including APISA, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. If you are looking to work on your relationships to self and others, self-esteem, communication skills, depression, anxiety, ADHD/executive function, or explore your various identities, I will walk alongside you on your journey. I will provide support as you make steps towards any goals you have in mental health, wellness, education, and career.
