About me
Building a Life That Feels Like Home
Ever sat at a table with 5,000 puzzle pieces and realized you can’t find a single pair that fits? That’s what life feels like when grief, trauma, or big transitions hit. Let’s be honest: these moments make all of us question everything - and staring at the box doesn't help. Sometimes we just need help finding the next piece, and then the next, without the pressure of having the whole picture finished by Tuesday.
Therapy is about you and your puzzle. We’ll set goals together at a pace that feels right for you. I use evidence-based tools to help you find a path that that supports your values and goals. I believe you are worthy and your purpose is deep; we won’t try to force pieces to fit where they don’t belong.
If you’re ready to start sorting through things together, I’m here. Feel free to email me with questions or book your visit directly through my website. Let’s find your next piece.
