About me

Feeling stuck? Let’s help you start living your life, not just going through it.

Have you reached a point where you’re questioning who you are, or even if you have the right to feel the way you do? It is easy to lose your footing when life shifts beneath you. Perhaps a deep loss has fundamentally changed your self-image, or the relentless pressure of caring for others - children, aging parents, or a body changing through illness - has disconnected you from your own identity. Whether your trust in the world has been shaken or your long-held beliefs are beginning to unravel, I provide a grounded, steady space to help you slow down, honor your experience, and begin the work of putting the pieces back together.

My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I don't use a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I integrate a specialized toolkit of CBT, ACT, and Somatic interventions to address the physiological side of stress. By combining Solution-Focused and Emotion-Focused therapy, we build a strategy that respects your goals and your history.

Finding the right fit is essential. If you want a steady, non-judgmental space and a real human connection, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good match.
